Preventative Maintenance/Maintenance Agreements:

Preventative maintenance is designed to help extend the life of your unit, prevent any major problems from happening and to keep your system running efficiently. We recommend twice a year checkups to properly maintain your system.

Computerized heat load calculations:

These are designed to properly calculate the size of the cooling & heating system for your home. If a system is too small for your home, the unit will not be able to keep your home cooling properly. If a system is too large for your home, high humidity problems can occur, opening the door for harmful substances, such as bacteria and mold.

Many kinds of bacteria and viruses can pass through the air inside our homes. They can thrive on the inside of our AC & Heating systems. With the aid of a whole house air filtration system or an ultraviolet light system it can filter out the pollutants in the air and help you and your family breathe easier.
